
Which banks do consumers choose in Kazakhstan?
The turbulence of the banking system of Kazakhstan in 2023 did not affect the volumes of assets and liabilities of financial institutions. The global trend towards digital innovation and technology has led to the migration of the republic’s banks online, where of special importance is focus on customer experience in order to take a good position in the ranking.
