Mobile apps have become a key channel of interaction between banks and clients in Uzbekistan. This article presents the findings of USABILIYTLAB’s study of user reviews and histories of mobile apps development by Uzbek banks. The study is aimed to identify customer satisfaction factors, the main problems and trends in the development of digital banking in Uzbekistan.
