T-Bank launched support service and ATMs in Chinese

T-Bank has expanded the range of languages ​​available to clients. Now you can consult with the bank support service and use an ATM in Chinese. 

To have the dialogue translated into Chinese, it is required to write a message in Chinese in the chat. After that, the operator will set Chinese as the default language and the client will immediately be transferred to a Chinese-speaking specialist for subsequent calls. In May 2025, clients will be able to call the Chinese-language support service. 

The Chinese language has also become available on all T-Bank ATMs. To switch to it, you need to click on the PRC flag icon on the first screen.

Chinese has become the fifth language spoken by T-Bank support service, and the seventh language of ATM functionality.
