MAX users to enjoy money transfers via SBP
At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025), a cooperation agreement was signed by National Payment Card System CEO Dmitry Dubynin and VK CEO Vladimir Kiriyenko. The partnership involves the exchange of experience and the technological capability of integrating the NSPK systems and the MAX digital platform.
In the framework of the cooperation, NSPK and VK will test transfers through the Faster Payment System (SBP) on the MAX platform. In the future, money transfers in MAX will be available to the clients of different banks.
According to Dmitry Dubynin, the piloting of the solution and the launch of A2A transfers within the MAX platform are scheduled for early July 2025.
“We have already completed the initial technical work. As SBP member banks connect to the project, we are going to launch this solution for everyday use. And later this year, users of the domestic messenger MAX will be able to transfer money to their friends and relatives in an open chat just in a few “clicks”. The transfer process through the SBP will be fast and secure,” said Dmitry Dubynin.
