Draft development concept 2030 prepared to regulate relations in AI technologies

The document was developed by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation. Experts note that the developing AI area certainly needs regulation, but the form thereof may vary. 

The document does not include specific regulatory initiatives, but sets forth principles for the creation of future laws. 

The document provides for a future regulation based on a human-oriented approach, trust in technologies, the principle of technological sovereignty, respect for autonomy and free will of an individual, a ban on causing harm to a person and preventing anthropomorphization of technologies.
