Pentesting in the financial sector. Notes on the margins of the Bank of Russia’s Methodological Recommendations

On January 22, 2025, the Bank of Russia approved the “Methodological Recommendations for Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Analysis of Information Security Facilities of Information Infrastructure of Financial Market Organizations”. Anton Ostrokonsky, Head of Deiteriy Lab, and Alexander Ivantsov, Senior Information Security Engineer at Deiteriy Compliance, studied the document and prepared a review.
