Banking system of Uzbekistan. Client's view
Since 2022, digitalization and automation of processes in banks of Uzbekistan have become the main trend of the banking system. New mobile banking applications emerge, strongly competing with applications from fintech companies. The number of services offered in applications is also growing, and now it is not only loans, savings, or payments, but also international money transfers, cashback and loyalty programmes.
Such changes entail new customer experiences, which can become an indicator of the right course and the efficiency of banks in the newly created conditions. We are analyzing the transformation of customer experiences amidst the ongoing changes with Senteo Inc. Managing Partner Alexey Veretenov.
