VTB clients can now use MAX messenger to transfer money via SBP
VTB has expanded the functionality of its digital bank in the MAX messenger. Now clients can transfer money via SBP, as well as scan receipts and make QR code payments.
To do that, the client should log in to MAX using the access code, similarly to logging into the VTB Online application. Then the user can select the necessary financial transaction and perform it in a secure area in the messenger.
“One of the priorities of NSPK is to enhance the capabilities of payment instruments and integrate them into new sites and platforms. VTB has become one of the first banks to offer its clients money transfers via SBP in the domestic messenger Max – both directly in an open chat and through built-in digital banking. Such transfers remain fast and secure,” commented Maxim Krukelis, NSPK Acting Deputy General Director and Board Member.
“Now VTB clients can not only communicate in the MAX messenger, but also enjoy full-fledged banking at their fingertips without switching to other applications. VTB plans to further develop the digital bank in MAX as a universal financial instrument offering users access to all necessary operations: from transfers and payments to getting bank products,” notes VTB Deputy President and Board Chairman Alexander Pakhomov.
