Analysis of customer feedback and the evolution of Armenian bank applications

The findings of USABILITYLAB’s study of user feedback and the history of Armenian banks’ mobile applications development show that mobile applications have become the most important channel of interaction between banks and clients. This topic, among a number of other relevant issues, will be discussed on November 11-12 in Yerevan. The city will host the International PLUS-Forum FinnoWay Armenia 2025, one of the largest events in the region, which will be held for the first time in the South Caucasus.
